Delivery Information

Grandma Wild's uses a third-party courier to deliver all orders. Once your order has been placed, it will be packaged and prepared for dispatch within 24 working hours. Our courier then aims to deliver your order within 2-5 working days. Deliveries to Northern Ireland may take an additional 1-2 working days.

Once your order has been collected by our courier, it is handled through their delivery network and delivery times are subject to their operational processes. Whilst we work closely with our courier to ensure parcels arrive on time, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, traffic disruption, customs checks, or increased parcel volumes. We will always do our best to assist with tracking and resolving any delivery issues.

Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address or contact information being provided.
