Our classic large Cherry Bakewell Cake is a deliciously moist cherry and almond flavoured sponge packed with sumptuous cherries, the perfect flavour pairing that makes a Bakewell. Ingredients: Wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium, iron, niacin and thiamin), water, sugar, rapeseed oil: rapeseed, antifoaming agent E900; glace cherries (15%) (cherries, glucose fructose syrup, preservatives: potassium sorbate, sulphur dioxide; acidity regulator: citric acid, colour: erythrosine), glycerine, whole egg powder, maize starch, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate; salt, flavouring, emulsifier blend (glucose syrup, E472b, E477, E471, milk powder), whey protein (milk), preservative: potassium sorbate; stabiliser: xanthan gum.
For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold. Not suitable for nut & sesame allergy sufferers: may also contain mustard, peanut, soya and other gluten sources (oat, spelt, rye, barley). Although every care has been taken, fruit stone may be present.
