Made from an exquisite, soft caramel sponge with a hint of sea salt, our large Salted Caramel Cake contains real toffee pieces and is topped with large sugar granules. Enjoy a slice with a hot cup of tea or cut it into small bite-size pieces as part of an afternoon tea.

All of our cakes are baked to perfection and made with the finest ingredients, from traditional recipes.
Ingredients

Wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium, iron, niacin and thiamin), sugar and cane molasses, water, rapeseed oil: rapeseed, antifoaming agent E900; partially inverted sugar syrup, butterscotch flavoured toffee pieces (4%) (soft dark brown sugar, glucose syrup (wheat), butter (milk, salt), natural flavour), glycerine, eggs, maize starch, sea salt, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate; salt, natural flavouring, emulsifier blend (glucose syrup, E472b, E477, E471, milk powder), whey protein (milk), preservative: potassium sorbate; stabiliser: xanthan gum, caramelised sugar.
